Every listed scenario supports 3–4 players and requires CATAN plus Seafarers. The generator offers a fresh randomized or variable setup; fixed or illustrated layouts are described on the source pages but are not selectable here.
No. It prepares the published starting state only. Sailing, discovery, trading, combat, scoring, and win conditions remain in the rulebook and are outside this setup utility.
